How much does a wedding photographer cost in Ireland?
Most full-day wedding photography in Ireland sits between €1,500 and €3,000. My collections start at €1,500 for coverage from morning preparations to the dinner bell, and €1,850 for the full day through to the first dance.
How far in advance should we book?
Bookings are taken up to 24 months in advance. Summer Saturdays go earliest, so if you have a date in mind it is worth checking availability as soon as your venue is confirmed.
How do we secure our date?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold the date. The balance is due before the wedding. I answer every enquiry personally and will confirm availability as soon as you send your date and venue.
When do we get the photographs?
Every wedding is fully edited and delivered within four weeks, through a private online gallery you can download from and share with family.
How many photographs do we receive?
It depends on the length of coverage and the size of the wedding, but a full day typically delivers several hundred fully edited images — every frame worth keeping, with no filler.
Do you travel outside Dublin?
Yes. I photograph weddings across Ireland — Kildare, Meath, Kilkenny, Cork, Mayo, Donegal and beyond — as well as elopements and weddings abroad. Travel within Ireland is included in the collection prices.
Documentary or directed — which should we choose?
Both are done well here, and most weddings sit between the two. Some couples want the day recorded exactly as it happens; others want portraits and family groups properly directed and given time. We agree the balance before the day.
Do you have insurance and backup?
Yes. I work with professional insurance, two cameras on the day, and every card backed up in multiple places before I leave the wedding.
